I am still breathing
Just to let people who keep bumping into this blog know, that I am stll alive. And kicking.
I have been busy preparing for an exam I have to take in June. Hopefully, this will let me land a better job. Yes, I want to work too, you know! :0
My tiny contribution to the SPB project is still afloat. You haven't seen the last of me. I have plans to create more themes in future. I am working on different colour schemes for the current theme - Fabric. Expect 'Fabric Blue', 'Fabric Green', etc. in the not so distant future. I also have plans to create a 'Preview' system for my blog, so that users can load a theme from a list and see it work, first-hand here, and then decide on a favourite. Something like CSS Zen Garden.
Thanks to all who have appreciated my work. Keep those letters coming.
Cheers! :)

The Vagabond
Darjeeling to New Delhi by air. New Delhi to Mussoorie by bus. And then back again in similar fashion. A day's rest, then on the road again.
Darjeeling to Calcutta (Kolkata) on an ill-maintained bus. 14 hours of sleepless, bumpy ride.
Now at Kolkata. Hot and horribly humid. Tonight, I'll be back on the road again. This time towards home. Won't be travelling for a long time. That's for sure.

New Theme - 'Fabric' from the Spring Collection Launched
The current theme is the latest from the Spring Collection and launched even as I write. It was conceived, designed and uploaded in two days flat. I was inspired by the beautiful floral, printed fabrics of North India to create this design. So it should come as no surprise to you why I have christened it 'Fabric'.
The layout is semi-fluid, that is to say, the whole page should fit neatly onto any screen size without any problems, save but a few things that have fixed widths. A caveat in this regard - I have tested this only on 17" screens. I request feedback from people using other screen-sizes.
Finally, as is customary, this template is also released under the CC3.0 license. Please read the 'Instructions' if you choose to use it. Sadly, my host has an extreme aversion to downloads, so if you want this template, you will have to contact me or write a comment. I will mail the ZIP ASAP.

Update: Like the previous theme, this theme is also hosted on GT500.org. Download it here and please give him a visit while you are at it. He's been a great help.

I request feedback from people using screen-sizes other than 17".

CSS Now Valid Too
For those who are finicky about standards, here is the good news. The CSS is now error free! There has been some minor changes too. The blockquotes now get a different look, keeping in tune with the rest of the page. There has also been some adjustments to various fonts.

PS: This post is in reference to the older theme, which is still available.

Contact Me Page Error Corrected
The 'Contact Me' Page issue has been resolved. I should be able to receive mails without any trouble now.
